Quality Assurance

The Company has established a mature quality assurance system, having obtained the ISO9001 quality management system certification and the ISO14000 environment management system certification. Its product series have obtained GL certification and China General Certification.

1. The Company has built up a world-class wind power supply chain and the most stable supporting industry alliance in China, conducting whole-process quality control on all parts and components.
2. The Company has built up a perfect test platform system for the gearbox, pitch system, control system and complete machine as well as for other key parts to ensure zero fault delivery of each wind turbine from factory.
3. The Company has implemented strict quality controls throughout the production process, including steps involving the procurement of raw materials, production of parts and components, final assembly, shop test as well as for wind turbine installation and commissioning. The Company has constantly supervised suppliers of supporting components, working to achieve continuous improvement and upgrades in product performance, quality and services.
4. The Company has built up an advanced information feedback system. All newly-installed generator units are equipped with online monitoring systems to effectively manage information on product quality as well as unit operation and maintenance. Sinovel has also built up a quality improving management system which can conduct early treatment when there is a fault alarm.
5. The Company has built a first-class quality management team to realize full-round quality management.
