Sinovel Wind Group Co., Ltd. has established a strong customer service system, with experienced engineers providing technical support stationed at the various wind power facilities in the country. Before the project, we provide our customers with a detailed wind resource assessment and a micro-audit of the selected location, ensuring that they receive comprehensive technical training and support. During the construction phase, we provide our customers with on-site technical guidance on the hoisting of the wind turbine and the preparation work before carrying out adjustments, and we oversee the on-site wind turbine's adjustments for trial tests, pre-testing results and regular maintenance. Sinovel has established a spare parts supply center which is connected to the various wind power stations, providing a 24-hour long-distance supervision and control system to ensure prompt service response at all times.
Guodian Longyuan Wind Farm in Hebei Shangyi: The Longyuan Wind Farm in Shangyi has the planned area of 45 square kilometers, the altitude of 1400-1600m, and the total installed capacity of 150,000 kilowatts. We have erected 100 Sinovel turbines, generating 340 million kWh of electricity for the grid each year. Presently the turbines are running under excellent conditions. The turbine utilization coefficient reaches 97.81%. Low cut-in wind speed requirement. The turbine will run at full capacity at the word speed of around 10m/s. We have 8 personnel at the site.
Huadian Kulun Wind Farm in Inner Mongolia Huitengxile: The construction work for the Huadian Kulun Wind Farm started in late 2007. By August 25, 2009, all the 134 Sinovel turbines went into operation and joined the grid, generating over 400 million Kwh of electricity a year. The utilization coefficient of the Sinovel turbines is up to 96.1%. At present the farm has more than 30 customer services personnel. The testing platform works very well. It can display the 129 wind turbines in one image. Once a malfunction occurs to any turbine, we will know immediately. Then we can deal with small malfunctions at the central control room, sparing the need for sending maintenance personnel to the turbine.
Huaneng North Longyuan Wind Farm in Inner Mongolia Huitengliang: The North Power Huitengliang Wind Farm is owned by Huaneng Group. It has 74 wind turbines in operation now, having generated 80 million kWh from its launch two years ago to late February this year. Low cut-in wind speed requirement. Only 10m/s. Very good. One screen can display several computers. Once I spot something wrong at the central control, I call customer services right away. They will fix the problem in the shortest possible time.
Datang Wind Farm in Xilin Gol: The Datang Huitengliang Wind Farm is owned by Datang Xilin Gol Wind Power Co., Ltd. Currently it has the total installed capacity of 200,000KW. The turbines can basically run with full capacity at the rated wind speed. The utilization rate is over 90%. The services are excellent. Products are also good. Good services save us a lot of trouble. All I need to do is make a phone call.
Guohua Dailiji Wind Farm in Inner Mongolia Tongliao: The Guohua Dailiji Wind Farm is a four-phase project. The second and fourth phases use Sinovel turbines, totally 66. By now the turbines have been running for more than a year. The operation remains good and stable. The second phase uses the Sinovel SL1500 series, which has the turbine tower height of 70 meters, the blade diameter of 77 meters, the rated capacity of 1500KW, and the utilization rate of over 98%. The Sinovel maintenance personnel have won our admiration for their vitality, passion and dedication when they are at work. The customer services are on call 24 hours a day. They fix small malfunctions very promptly, which ensures the turbines' high utilization rate.
Fulong Wind Farm in Fujin: This wind farm has created very good economic benefits for our company since its launch in July 2007. The superiority of Sinovel turbines is fully demonstrated. The project is in two phases, with a total installed capacity of 60,000KW, 40 1.5MW wind turbines. Whether at low wind speed or high wind speed, the turbines are running very well. This wind farm is located in the mountains. The average temperature in winter is below minus 25 degrees, with the extreme temperature at minus 40 degrees. Even so the turbines are still in good operations. Very smooth. The yearly operating time is more then 2800 hours, the utilization rate over 98%. It shows various parameters for all the turbines at our wind farm, including wind speed and temperature, all very clear at a glance. Many operations are done through remote control, including turbine start, turbine stop and troubleshooting.
Huaneng Wind Farm in Weihai: The construction of Weihai Wind Farm began in 2006. It was completed and put into full operation in late 2007. It has 46 Sinovel 1.5MW 77m-blade turbines, with a total capacity of 69,000KW. It generated 148.7 million kWh of electricity in 2009, the yearly operating time reaching 2,156 hours. On February 11, 2010, the daily power generation reached 1,608,700kwh, and the daily operating time 23 hours 19 minutes, which meant around 99% utilization rate. The turbine control system is very user-friendly, almost fool-proof. In addition, the system stores a massive amount of data, providing strong support for the upgrading, R&D and improvement of the wind farm.
